Welcome to AskUsTax, a service provided by CHIRA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "our," or "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AskUsTax platform and services (collectively, "the Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AskUsTax, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AskUsTax is an AI-powered platform developed and operated by CHIRA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, providing taxation and accounting assistance through:

• AI-assisted chat (CA Assist)
• Direct consultations with Chartered Accountants (CAs)

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of CA Assist (AI Chat)

4.1. CA Assist uses credits for chat interactions. These credits must be purchased with real money.

4.2. The information provided by CA Assist is for general guidance only and should not be considered as professional advice.

4.3. CHIRA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or discontinue CA Assist at any time without notice.

5. Consultations with Chartered Accountants

5.1. Direct consultations with CAs require payment before the service is rendered.

5.2. CAs may request payment during real-time chat for additional services at predefined rates.

5.3. AskUsTax acts as a platform connecting users with CAs and is not responsible for the advice given by individual CAs.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

6.2. Refunds for unused credits or services may be provided at the discretion of CHIRA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, subject to our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CHIRA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. CHIRA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
